Intent
The intent of this raffle is to provide First Responders the ability to win an opportunity to attend a trip with American Hero Adventures without compromising any contractual, employment, or union policies about accepting such things due to their status of being a public servant.
Raffle Rules
- AThis raffle is available for any current, former, or retired First Responder (sworn law enforcement, firefighter, paramedic personnel, federal agent).
- BThere is no limit to the number of tickets a person may purchase or a limit to the number of trips a person may win.
- CTickets will go on sale at 0600hrs PT on Monday, June 8th, 2026, and be available for purchase through 2330hrs PT on Friday, July 3rd, 2026. Tickets will only be available for sale online at the website listed at the bottom of this page.
- DThe drawing will be conducted no later than 1700hrs on Saturday, July 4th, 2026. The winners will be notified by phone or e-mail no later than 1900hrs on Saturday, July 4th, 2026.
- EIf a Winner wishes not to attend a trip they have won, a new Winner will be drawn. All ticket purchasers will be notified by e-mail once all Winners have been contacted and accepted their winning.
- FThe Participation Fee will be reduced by the amount the Winner spent on their total raffle tickets. For example, if the Participation Fee for a trip is $2,000 and the Winner spent $400 on raffle tickets, the Winner will only have to pay an additional $1,600 to attend. If the trip won allows for a guest, the reduced Participation Fee does not apply to the guest.
- GUpon accepting their winning, each Winner will be e-mailed AHA's Waiver Packet and an invoice via PayPal. Each Participant will be required to sign and return the Waiver Packet and submit their full Reservation Deposit of $500 per person via PayPal by 1900hrs PT on Friday, August 14th, 2026. If the Waiver Packet and full Reservation Deposit are not received by the deadline, the Winner will forfeit their opportunity to attend the trip they won. No refunds, exchanges or substitutions of any kind will be given for any reason.
- HThe remaining Participation Fee will be due in full by 1900hrs PT on Friday, September 25th, 2026. If the full Participation Fee is not received by the deadline, the Winner will forfeit their opportunity to attend the trip they won. No refunds, exchanges or substitutions of any kind will be given for any reason.
Bonus Glock Certificate Raffle
- IThe Winner of the Glock Certificate will receive their certificate no later than Friday, July 17th, 2026. The Winner is responsible for adhering to all laws pertaining to the ownership and possession of firearms. If the Winner would like their firearm shipped to a different FFL, the Winner will be responsible for any costs associated with doing so. The Winner must pass a background check and is responsible for adhering to all laws pertaining to the ownership and possession of firearms.
Bonus Stag Arms Rifle Raffle
- JThe Winner of the Stag Arms rifle will need to arrange with AHA to pick up their firearm from AHA after Friday, July 17th, 2026. If the Winner would like their firearm shipped to a different FFL, the Winner will be responsible for any costs associated with doing so. The Winner must pass a background check and is responsible for adhering to all laws pertaining to the ownership and possession of firearms.

- 1The cost shown for each trip is a per person cost, which includes airfare, transportation, lodging, meals (except as listed in the trip description), drinks (except alcohol), visa fees, hunting/fishing licenses and tags, excursion fees (except as listed in the trip description), guide and land use fees.
- 2Dates listed for trips may fluctuate due to unforeseeable circumstances.
