2023 First Responder Raffle (August 15 – September 15, 2023)

$20 = 1 ticket

$100 = 6 tickets + 1 Bonus ticket to win a Glock Certificate

$200 = 13 tickets + 3 Bonus tickets to win a Glock Certificate + 1 Bonus ticket to win a Stag Arms Rifle

Raffle Rules

A. This raffle is available for any current, former, or retired First Responder (sworn law enforcement, firefighter, line medic personnel).

B. There is no limit to the number of tickets a person may purchase or a limit to the number of trips a person may win.

C. Tickets will go on sale at 0600hrs PT on Tuesday, Aug 15th, 2023, and be available for purchase through midnight PT on Friday, Sep 15th, 2023. Tickets will only be available for sale online at the website listed at the bottom of this page.

D. The drawing will be conducted no later than 1300hrs on Saturday, Sep 16th, 2023. The winners will be notified by phone and e-mail no later than 1900hrs on Saturday, Sep 16th, 2023.

E. If a Winner wishes not to attend a trip they have won, a new Winner will be drawn. All ticket purchasers will be notified by e-mail once all Winners have been contacted and accepted their winning.

F. The Participation Fee or for each trip, which includes the Reservation Deposit of $500, will be reduced by the amount the Winner spent on their total raffle tickets. For example, if the Participation Fee for a trip is $2,000 and the Winner spent $400 on raffle tickets, the Winner will only have to pay an additional $1,600 to attend. If the trip won allows for a guest, the reduced Participation Fee does not apply to the guest.

G. Upon accepting their winning, each Winner will be e-mailed AHA’s Waiver Packet and an invoice via PayPal. Each Participant will be required to sign and return the Waiver Packet and submit their full Reservation Deposit of $500 per person via PayPal by 1900hrs PT on Friday, Sep 22nd, 2023. If the Waiver Packet and full Reservation Deposit are not received by the deadline, the Winner will forfeit their opportunity to attend the trip they won. No refunds, exchanges or substitutions of any kind will be given for any reason.

H. The remaining Participation Fee will be due in full by 1900hrs PT on Friday, Oct 27th, 2023. If the full Participation Fee is not received by the deadline, the Winner will forfeit their opportunity to attend the trip they won. No refunds, exchanges or substitutions of any kind will be given for any reason.

Bonus Glock Certificate Raffle

I. The Winner of the Glock Certificate will be mailed their certificate no later than Friday, Sep 29th, 2023. The Winner is responsible for adhering to all laws pertaining to the ownership and possession of firearms.

Bonus Stag Arms Rifle Raffle

J. The Winner of the Stag Arms rifle will need to arrange with AHA to pick up their firearm from AHA after Monday, Sep 18th, 2023. If the Winner would like their firearm shipped to a different FFL, the Winner will be responsible for any costs associated with doing so. The Winner must pass a background check and is responsible for adhering to all laws pertaining to the ownership and possession of firearms.

Notes for Trips

1The cost shown for each trip is a per person cost, which includes airfare, transportation, lodging, meals (except on scheduled date nights), drinks (except alcohol), visa fees, firearm fees, hunting/fishing licenses and tags, excursion fees (except on down days), guide and land use fees.

2Dates listed for trips may fluctuate due to unforeseeable circumstances.
