Cooked in cabernet reduction, served with smoked cheddar mashed potatoes and asparagus.

Prepared with port demi-glaze and walnut fig chutney served with white cheddar mashed potatoes and rainbow carrots.
Wild Mushroom Ravioli
Prepared with asparagus, grilled squash, crispy artichokes, yellow roasted pepper and smoked tomato sauce with asiago cheese.

Dessert this year will be in the form of a “Dessert Dash”. There will be desserts from some of Lane County’s finest chefs and bakers.
