You may pay for any purchase by cash, check, American Express, Discover, Master Card or VISA at the sales table. Checks should be made payable to American Hero Adventures.
Large auction items can be picked up by appointment only between 0700hrs and 1900hrs on Monday, 13November and Tuesday, 14 November. Silent Auction items and small Live Auction items must either be taken home the night of the auction or be picked up no later than 1900hrs on Tuesday, 14November. If you have any questions, please talk to someone at the registration or sales table.
You must bring your receipt with you when you pick up your items. American Hero Adventures cannot take responsibility for the safe keeping of any item after 1900hrs on Tuesday, 14November. If items are not picked up by 1900hrs on Tuesday, 14November, you risk forfeiting those items.
All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds of any kind. No warranties are made for the value or quality of merchandise or services auctioned. American Hero Adventures has endeavored to catalog and describe the items correctly, but all items are sold “as is”.
Neither American Hero Adventures nor the auctioneer warrant or represent, and in no event, will be responsible for the correctness of description, genuineness of authorship, provenance or condition of the item. No statement contained in the catalog or made orally at the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed to be such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.
